Mr. Thomas E. Grayson, age 82 years, of Pleasant St. Lynn, formerly of Chelsea, died Monday, Jan. 14, at Union Hospital after being stricken at home. Born in Chelsea he was the son of the late Frank & Sarah (Donaghy) Grayson. He attended Chelsea schools, and graduated from Chelsea High School, Class of 1943. Mr. Grayson served in the U. S. Navy as a Radioman Second Class aboard the LST 357 during WW II. He was employed as a printer at Forbes Lithograph Co. in Chelsea, and then at Wright Offset in Cambridge until he retired in 1990. Mr. Grayson was a member of the Mass Chapter LST Assoc., the Lithograph Union, and a lifetime member of the VFW Post #1105 in Watertown. He is survived by two brothers Bernard Grayson of Salem, Richard Grayson of Lisbon, NH, two sisters Joan Arsenault of Seabrook, NH, Rosemary Caouette of Watertown, and many nieces and nephews. He was also brother of the late Frank Grayson of Revere, and Ray Grayson or Lynn. Private services will be held at Puritan Lawn Memorial Park in Peabody.
