Walter A. Falta Sr.

Born in Chelsea to the late Stanley and Martha (Anderson) Falta. Walter worked as a baker for many years and loved cooking for his family. He was a member of the Beverly - Peabody Elks and the American Legion Post 6 in Lynn. He enjoyed drawing and gardening and had a love for football, baseball and hockey, especially the Patriots and Red Sox.

In addition to his wife Anne, Walter is survived by his devoted children Walter Falta, Jr., Vincent Falta, George Falta and his wife Tracy, Christina Falta, and Crystal Falta and her husband Michael Biasetti; his cherished 14 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

He is predeceased by his son Richard Falta, his daughter-in-law Monique Falta, his brother Stanley Falta, his sister Sharon Falta and mother-in-law Shirley Yount.

Walter’s visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM in Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home, 157 Maple Street, Lynn. Interment will be private.
