Born in Lynn, he was the son of Jean E. (Foster) Lappas of Lynn, and of the late Wayne P. Lappas. He graduated from Essex Aggie and received a Bachelor’s Degree from Salem State College.
Wayne was a self-employed content marketing specialist and was an avid traveler.
In addition to his mother, he leaves a brother Patrick Lappas of Melrose, and several aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
Visiting hours will be held in the Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home 157 Maple Street, Lynn on Sunday from 6-8 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
