William was born in Lynn, son of the late William H. and Margaret (Burke) Bath. He was a resident of Florida for several years previously residing in Lynn. William was a graduate of Lynn Classical High School and Lowell Institute and attended Wentworth Institute.
He was a Planner for International General Electric Company for 42 years until his retirement in 1977.
William is survived by one brother James R. Bath and many nieces and nephews including Margaret Ann Mahoney of Nahant, June and Wendell Hubbard of Lynn, Carl, Paul and David Bennett.
He was the brother of the late J. Richard Bath and Elinor Bennett.
A Graveside Service for William and his wife Evangeline will be Monday March 11, 2013 in the Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Lake St. Peabody at 11:00 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
