Aaden was born on November 2nd, 2008, in Sacramento, CA. He grew up in Sacramento, CA, as well as Layton, Utah, before moving to Washington State in 2023. At the time of his passing, Aaden was attending Henry Jackson High School in Mill Creek, WA, and had just completed his 10th-grade year.
Aaden was so talented and smart. His creativity would leave his family in awe every time he created a new piece of artwork or made something unique in a video game. Art was a passion of Aaden's. He never tried to stay within the boundaries of conventional art, but created unique portraits that portrayed comedy, happiness, and sometimes sadness. Growing up, he was passionate about animals, especially reptiles and birds. He was always ready to share an animal fact at any given moment. In Utah, he cared for a bearded dragon and a snake that were his pride and joy.
He loved adventures. He enjoyed exploring with his friends in Washington. He loved camping and fishing. He got to see unique places in Alaska and Mexico. He even enjoyed small local adventures to the beach, the zoo, the aquarium, or the park. And while on these adventures, he brought so much joy and laughter to his friends and family he was visiting.
Aaden is survived by his parents, Manuela and Ryan Welch, and his siblings, Kip, Declan, and Everett. He was loved by so many extended family members. On his father’s side, he is survived by his grandparents Bill and Janet, his Aunt Vicki, his Uncle John and Aunt Anna, Aunt Kelly, cousin Brody and Chloe, his great-grandparents Bill and Jeanette, Aunt Karen and Uncle Max, Uncle David and Uncle John.
