There is not a week that goes by that I don't think about Aaron and wish he was here to answer a question, teach me something, or just come by and visit.  Hard to believe that the kid with blonde fuzzy hair would make such an impact on our family.
We miss you Aaron, think about you often, and wish you were here to be with us.

Every year about this time I think about Aaron.  I miss him often and would love to hear his opinion on many topics this last year especially.  I loved his thoughtfulness.  He had a way of presenting information that helped me see another side.  He was a gift in my life.


Miss you lots buddy, it doesn't really get easier and I think about you often. It's not fair that you're gone.

I know this is belated, but the holidays have really brought you to mind. Aaron, you were a sweet and loving friend and I cherish the times we had in high school.

I think about you daily. I miss the possibility of getting a silly message or joke from you at work. You knew how to brighten my day and make me laugh out loud at my computer.  

Sharing a memory: One day found a tiny ketchup on my desk. I didn't know where it came from and was confused. The next day, Aaron messaged me and said, "You know what you would need if you were lagging behind by just a bit?" 

I was so caught up in work that I though perhaps he was commenting on my being behind in my work and responded with, "I'm not sure I understand". 

He said, "If you were lagging behind the others by just a tad, what would you need? Alternately, I could ask what you'd need as a slow tomato?" 

I said, "I don't know. What would you need if you were lagging behind the others by just a tad?"
Aaron said, "You would need....A LITTLE KETCHUP"

I laughed out loud at my desk. I still have the ketchup and will keep it as a reminder. 

Just one example of how Aaron knew how to cheer me up.

Thank you Aaron for all the happiness your brought into our family. You came into our lives as a band kid with ever-changing hairdos and proceeded to add joy  to our family gatherings for years to come.  I always appreciated your patience in getting me to accept and learn about the wonders of technology.  You expanded my mind with your ability to present a new idea and explain it in a way I could hear and understand.  You taught me so much.
There is a giant hole in our heart that you used to fill.  Your kindness will always be remembered every time I hear 4 part harmony, any good jazz music and have a question about something new.  You are  loved as part of our family---always.

I will always miss you and be thankful for you.    I will always think of you when I'm working out now at the gym and I will do an extra set in your honor!   Rest in peace, my dear friend Aaron, Rest in peace.

Aaron, it hurts my heart to know you have left this physical world.  You were there in the very beginning of what became my forever life.  My first interactions getting to know Kevin.  Interactions that would eventually bring me marriage, children, family.  I wish I had taken the time to thank you for being a part of those stories.  May you forever be at peace, raised up by love.
