Butch passed away on April 18, 2011 at the age of 66. A Memorial Service for Butch was held on Monday, April 25, 2011 1:00pm at Lynnwood Orthodox Presbyterian Church. A private Interment took place on Monday morning, April 25, 2011 at Floral Hills Cemetery in Lynnwood, WA.
