I did, because thought you wanted it all for yourself,& for breaking your new years resolution to be nice to me....you broke it before it before the night was over.   RIP in peace, Tony.

I am so sorry to hear of Tony's passing.  I only had the honor of getting to know him the last couple years.  He clearly loved little league and the kids of Snohomish county benefitted greatly from his efforts.

Tony was an amazing man. I truley appreciated his humor, with him there was never a dull moment. I admired his dedication to his family. They were his reason for living. Tony gave so much to kids through the years. I had the pleasure of working with him for many years in youth sports. Our family will always cherish those times and will always remember Tony fondly. My thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family.  Hopefully all of the wonderful memories that you have with Tony will bring you some sort of comfort.  I have a lot of memories growing up right down the street from the Monfiletto's.  He was a great man and he will be missed by many!

A wonderful person dedicated to the youth of Little League.  I will always be grateful for the opportunities you opened for me.  I will always remember you for your wisdom, patience and kindness.  Although you didn't know it (and I didn't either, at that time), you came at a critical juncture in my life.  God bless you and may God and his angels watch over your family during this time of your passing.

The community has lost a wonderful leader. Tony was a sympathetic and helpful ear, when I needed it in my youth.  He will always hold a special place in my heart.

I lived on the same street and grew up with the Monfiletto kids, we go back to the 1960's together. That's when it was safe to play outside, We would play in the "empty lots" until Royetta would open the big front window and start shouting out, " Mindy, RJ, and so on :) ......time to come home." We all knew it was time to go home then. As I read Tony's obituary I am amazed at all the service work he did. You don't realize that as a child or young person. What a great man. Then I became a responsible adult and mother still living in the area. My son played ball starting with t-ball through big league. I got reaquainted with "The Monfilettos'" I had no choice. I was a little afraid, as I was a neighborhood brat back in "the day". Wow, it was so wonderful to be embraced by Royetta and Tony. The whole family. RJ and Mindy, everyone......As I watched this video the tears rolled down my face, so I watched it again. I am so grateful to have known such a giving, great role model, friend to many, but most of all an amazing grandfather, father, husband, simply put Tony Momfiletto was a great family man. My deepest sympathy to your family Royetta.   He's up in heaven with the likes of Freddie and Kay.  My he rest in peace with our good Lord.

My first memory of Tony, which is still vivid many decades later, was when I was a young child, my parents had taken me to the local baseball field where many kids were playing baseball. They wanted me to get involved but I was way too shy and timid. This big man whom I had no idea who he was came over and talked to me about playing. Although I cannot remember the words he spoke to me, I remember a giant of a man with a great heart coaching me into playing baseball. His dedication to me and all the kids in Alderwood created an active and athletic neighborhood. Because of Tony not only do I have wonderful memories playing sports, but so do so many others. I thank Tony and Royetta for being such good and dear friends to my parents. My heart goes out to the entire Monfiletto family and all of us who grew up in Alderwood Manor owe the Monfiletto family a great deal of grattitude.

He was a wonderful man and he will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him. Denise Lowery(Denning)

He was an amazing Man who brought life and love to the sport. Thank you Mr. Monfiletto!!! because of you I loved playing softball and returned to help umpire and coach. I hope I can make a differences in peoples' lives like you have.

Perhaps they are not the stars, but rather openings in Heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know that they are happy. 
Thank you Tony for having such a positive impact on my life. I hope I can return the favor by making the same impact on someone else.

All you can say about Tony is he always made you feel like you are part of the family.  He made our time in Washington a great part of our lifes.  Tony will always be in our hearts.  I can only hope he saves a spot for he on his team  Love you all.

tony was a great friend of the draisey family and he will be greatly missed. he helped out alot of organizations and his not being there will be greatly felt.
