Arlene Mae Johnson

Arlene graced our world in Superior, Wisconsin on August 30, 1932, and continued to shine until October 12, 2025: 93 years, 1 month and 14 days. She was lovingly welcomed by her parents, John and Juliaty Andrews and her brother Leon.

Jesus called her home, but her legacy continues, as her children, Carolyn, Dale and his wife Vada Johnson, Susie Reinhardt and her husband Forrest, continue on in a life of faith in the Creator of all things. Numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren also carry her sweet memory in their hearts and souls.

Arlene went to Nursing School in 1950, becoming an RN, and she served and helped save others in the Operating Room and Emergency Room in various cities throughout her life.

Shortly after her graduation from nursing school, she was engaged to Harlan Johnson, a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. In 1955, they married in Superior and began an adventure that endured 60 years, eventually calling Seattle, Washington home for the remainder of their retirement years. Harlan was called home in 2015, and Mom showed such strength in carrying on without him for 10 years. There is no doubt he was the first to welcome her at the Golden Gates, and their adventure now continues. True love!

In 1956, they welcomed their daughter Carolyn, another daughter Susie in 1957, then brought a much-awaited son, Dale, into the world in 1961. Arlene and Harlan showered them with love and care, which is so deeply appreciated by their children. The family remains committed to one another through all these years and will continue to do so. Arlene and Harlan were

their example to be forever committed to family and to the Savior!

The family legacy is a special one for the years and generations to come. Each family member is blessed by the goodness of God, and Arlene and Harlan instilled gratitude in the family for His unfathomable goodness.

Arlene will be greatly missed until we are all united on the other side of the veil. In the meantime, deep love for her remains and will live on - forever!
