Billie was born on July 30, 1933 in Paris Tx. Billie married Dean Buff and went on to have 2 boys, Ernest Wayne Buff and Wade Allen Buff.
Billie retired from Safeway in 1995.
Billie enjoyed traveling and working in her yard.
Billie was preceded in death by Dean Buff, Ernest Wayne Buff & Wade Allen Buff.
She is survived by Companion, Philip Garcia, Grandson, Kyle Anthony Buff (Shania), Great granddaughters, Destinee, Lillie Marie, and Kinsley, Nieces, Judy Hodges, Linda Joyner (Dave), Nancy Nolan (Mike), Karen Strongin, Nephews, John Stevens and James Linn.
There will be a Celebration of Life at Cedar Valley Grange, 20526 52nd Ave W, Lynnwood, WA on October 23rd from 1pm to 10 pm
It will be a potluck. Bring your favorite dish. Sodas and tea will be provided.
