75 years old, Chi was born on December 12, 1940 in Saigon, Vietnam to Dong Quach and Tai Luu. He passed on August 4, 2016 in Lynnwood, Washington. He graduated form college with an Associate Degree and was a Auto Mechanic for thirty years, retiring in 1997. Chi is survived by his wife; An Thanh Tran Quach, his sons; Tony and Kelvin and daughter Rid, five grandchildren and one great grandchild. Services will on Sunday, August 14, 2016 at 9:00 AM at Purdy & Walters at Floral Hills with burial following in Floral Hills Cemetery, Lynnwood, Washington.
