

Cliff was born in Fredonia, North Dakota on his mother’s birthday. He was married to Delores (Flegel) for a long time. They had two children, James and Kathy. Both live in Arizona. Cliff was in World War II and fought in the Battle of the Bulge.
After Delores’ death, Cliff married Marie Schwandt. He was a happy man and never felt that he was old. He loved life. He was a good dancer, loved music, especially Christian music.
He was a very successful business man. He owned a restaurant and three mobile parks and sold Amway. With God’s help and that of other Christians, he made some good choices. He owned and worked at a construction company with his brother. In his younger years, he worked in a packing plant and also a torpedo factory. He built his own home in Seattle, Washington.
The most important thing in Cliff’s life was the Lord. He served Him faithfully. He loved his church and it was a very important part of his life. He enjoyed worship and fellowship time with his church family.
He is preceded in death by his brother, C.R. and a sister, Loraine. His sister, Adeline is still living in Jamestown, North Dakota. Cliff loved his family dearly.
He requests that he is not missed, but remembered.
