

Debra Kay Davenport, beloved mother of two beautiful children, 65, of Marysville, Washington, passed away peacefully at home from end stage renal disease on June 22, 2025 leaving a void her family can never fill.
She was born into a loving family in San Jose 6/28/59 to Jack and Mary Davis. Born to a big family with love and laughter in abundance. Debbie attended Camden High School before going to work at Best Products where she met the love of her life Robert Davenport. They married December 31, 1983 in South Lake Tahoe, California.
Debbie was a devoted mother to Christopher and Jennifer Davenport, her pride and joy. She always said their birth changed her life for the better, and they felt that in the love and support she provided. Her cherished husband, Robert Davenport, of 14 years passed before he could see their children grow. Though life had taken him early, that never stopped her from giving them a happy and full childhood.
Debbie worked tirelessly to move back to Whidbey Island for the sake of those precious summer memories made with Rob and the kids. Ferry rides to and from Whidbey. Warm nights spent in a little cabin named “Thistle Vista”, watching family movies in the theater, and treasure hunting on the beach for shells.
She loved her unconventional grand babies too, she had 2 canines, and 1 feline. They’re names are Maxwell, Lai Lai, and Sylvie. Debbie loved her fur grandkids and would always go the extra mile come the holidays for them.
Debbie was preceded in death by her mother Mary Davis April 21, 2022 and father Jack Davis April 15, 2009. She was survived by her son Christopher Davenport and daughter Jennifer Davenport, who will never forget the love and light she brought to their lives. She will remain in the hearts and memories of all those who knew and loved her.
Memorial Service will be held July 26, 2025 at Purdy & Walters at Floral Hills 409 Filbert Road Lynnwood, WA 98036 at 1pm.
