Edward Allen Jackson

Edward (Ed) A Jackson of Bothell, WA, passed away at home on Wednesday, January 21st, 2026, surrounded by his wife, Cookie Evans, his sister, Carolyn Case, and Aunt Melba Acosta following a long battle with cancer.

Ed was predeceased by his father, A.L. Orndoff, his son, Draper Jackson, and daughter Jaime Jenkins Beck, brothers Patrick A Jackson, & Mark B Jackson, and sister Julie M Lewis. He is survived by his mother, Marilyn Jackson of Sturgis, MS, brother, Mike Jackson of Sturgis, brother Kevin (Jan) Mason of Seattle, WA, sister Carolyn Case of AZ, sister Aime Jones of Columbus, MS, Aunt Melba Acosta of San Diego & Uncle Ray Orndoff of Klamath Falls, Or, grandsons Tyler & Jesse Jenkins of Jackson, MS, as well as his brother in law John (Emma) Nason of Sturgis.

Ed retired in 2019 from City of Seattle Parks Dept., where he served the City for over 30 years. Ed enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, watching sports, boat racing and the outdoors. Ed will be greatly missed by family & many friends. Services are not scheduled at this time.
