Evelyn Marie Haver

Evelyn Marie (Sprang) Haver passed away on October 25, 2019 at the age of 78. She was born April 23, 1941 in Denison, Texas to Dovie and Samuel Sprang who are no longer living. She was preceded in death by her husband Henning. Evelyn is survived by her children, Laurie Fair, Edwin (Jodi) Anderson, Kathleen (Donovan Beck) Anderson, and her grandchildren Andi Fair, Allie Fair, Benjamin Fair, Mari Anderson, Ryan (Amy) Anderson, Ian Anderson, Brandon (Christa) Herring and Cody Herring, and two great grandchildren. Evelyn has two sisters, Elizabeth (William, deceased) Eggleston and Sandra (Eddie) Mackey.

Evelyn retired in Sequim, Washington but lived many places in her life including Ohio, Texas, Florida, South Carolina, and California. Her most recent residence was Everett, Washington. Evelyn was a gregarious person and could carry on a long conversation with a complete stranger. She enjoyed traveling and visited all 50 states in her lifetime as well as several countries. She had a bit of a nomad spirit and enjoyed getting in the car for a drive with no destination in mind. She always wished she had been born in the pioneer days. She loved a good cup of coffee in one of her thousands (yes thousands) of mugs collected from her travels, and a tall glass of milk.
