92 years old, Frank was born December 5, 1921 in Mulino, Oregon to Frank Manning and Catherine Condon Manning. He passed away on November 3, 2014 in Lake Forest Park, Washington. He had been a senior electrical consultant for Seattle City Light. Frank had served in the US Army during World War II. He is survived by his children; April Robertson and Lance Manning.Memorial services will be Sunday, November 16th at 11:30 AM at Lake City Presbyterian Church 3841 NE 123rd, Seattle, Washington 98125. Inurnment will be in Floral Hills Cemetery, Lynnwood, Washington.
