Grant Eric Heppenstall, 77, passed away on October 17, 2012 in Everett, WA. He was born July 5, 1935 in Enumclaw, WA. After serving in the U.S. Army, he began in career in Surveying and Survey Equipment Sales. He enjoyed baseball research, Veterans activities and belonged to the American Legion.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Jean Hattem & Robert Heppenstall; step-parents, William Hattem & Helen Heppenstall.
He is survived by his former wife, Phyllis; daughter, Jeanne Darby (Randy); son, Ron Heppenstall (Kyly); brothers, Mike Shepherd, Mark Heppenstall & Harry Shepherd; sisters, Judith Steele Lanfranco & Wendy Vermeulen Kuusela; grandchildren, Benjamin Carl Henne & Christopher William Heppenstall.
There will be no services at this time. In lieu of sending flowers, please donate to the American Diabetes Association in his honor.
Grant was loved by all who knew him & will be greatly missed. His humor & storytelling were his trademark.
