Gregory Allen Teeters (Our Loving Greg) passed away unexpectedly at his Sultan, WA home on Sunday, November 3rd, 2019. He was a loving husband, son, brother, uncle, cousin and friend.

Greg was born on November 4, 1960 in Seattle, WA, the son and third child of Bonnie Lea (Stennes) Teeters and Vernon O. Teeters.

The family moved to a new home in Lynnwood, WA in 1960 where they raised all four of their children. In addition to the family home, Vernon and Bonnie built a small cabin on Big Lake just east of Mount Vernon, WA. This became a treasured place of countless memories with family, close friends and all new friends joining in with swimming, skiing, boating, fishing, dirt bike riding, BBQ gatherings and just joining around the fire pit telling “Stories” with much laughter while creating happy memories that are dear to all who had visited. This was an important part of the Teeters family life and they created treasured memories that will last forever.

Greg went all through school in Lynnwood, WA and graduated from Lynnwood High School in 1979. After high school Greg settled into the plumbing business and started his career at Jay Frees Plumbing and Heating in Seattle, WA. He was very talented in all trades and this led him to starting his own business as a licensed Plumber and Contractor “Tweeterbuilt” where he met numerous clients and friends for life.

In 1986 Greg met the love of his life Arasally Olvera and they married on September 14, 1991 at Bethel Lutheran Church in Seattle. This was the same church that his parents and numerous family members also married. It held a traditional special place in all their hearts.

Greg and Sally had an inseparable love and strong bond that lasted through the past, present and now beyond. They were and are true “Soul Mates”.

Sally was a loving “Saint” in her support of all the “Toys” Greg brought home… Cars, Trucks, Boats, Boats and more! Greg loved his TOYS!

They started their married life and lived in Lynnwood, Everett and then moved and settled into their current “Dream” home on property in Snohomish, WA where they hosted many gatherings for family, friends and co-workers… this then led to their dream to live also on the river in their second home located in Sultan, WA. Greg loved the river and FISHING… his favorite pastime of all! Along with racing cars, motorcycles and living life to the fullest!

Greg will be remembered as a strong, kind and caring man… always ready to help anyone in need and he is someone everyone could count on! In fact, he was a man that could talk to anyone and everyone and they would all become his friends! He was there in Mind, Spirit and Body for all!

Greg left us all TOO soon, just one day before his 59th Birthday. He always said he lived a very good and full life, but we were NOT ready for him to leave us! Greg lived his life to the fullest with love to all who encountered him.

Greg is survived by his wife Sally Teeters and her family, sister Cindy (Jack) Wilson of Mount Vernon, WA, brothers Trent (Amaryllis) Teeters of Seattle, WA and Todd Teeters of Snohomish, WA, nephews Nicklas and Riley Teeters of Seattle, Chad Wilson of Kirkland, WA, Corey Wilson of Mount Vernon, WA and niece Carly Wilson of Mount Vernon, WA. He also leaves numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A special thank you and love to his family friends from birth, the Sims and Wards families…who are and will always be FAMILY to the Teeters clan!

Greg is preceded in death by his parents Bonnie and Vernon Teeters, mother and father in-law Andrea and Miguel Olvera, grandparents Clara and Clarence Teeters and Helga and Alvin Stennes; aunt Sandy French, uncles Larry Usher, Bob Flickenger, Jeff Andrews; cousins Jason French and Larry Stennes.

Our dear friend Sally, we know how much you loved one another and our hearts are broken for the pain of your devastating loss. We will miss our kind and goofy friend Greg and are grateful for many wonderful memories - his pure joy while busting his moves barefoot on the dance floor, always grabbing you for one more dance. He was so full of life, and taken from this world far too soon. We send our and heartfelt condolences to Greg's family and the many people who loved him. ~Marv and Teresa, Snohomish
