Gwen Tennyson

Gwen B. Tennyson, 82, was born on December 12, 1932, in Ponca City, Okla. to Marvin and Della Ingels and passed on October 11, 2015, in Lynnwood, Wash. Gwen married Duaine Tennyson on May 22, 1955, in Kansas and soon had two sons, Kevin and Scott. Residing in San Diego, Calif. until Duaine was discharged from the Navy in 1955, they eventually returned to Kansas and onto Littleton, Colo. while working for the Martin Company. Boeing brought Gwen and Duaine to Slidell, La. where the couple fell in love with square dancing, which they continued to love for the next 36 years. In 1968, Boeing finally brought the Tennysons to Lynnwood where they would eventually retire. A wonderful and loving wife and mother, Gwen was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Duaine Tennnyson and her sons, Kevin and Scott. She is survived by her grandchildren, Tyler Tennyson and Damon Tennyson; and her brother, Marvin Ingels.
