A visitation for Jay will be held Tuesday, July 22, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Purdy & Walters at Floral Hills, 409 Filbert Road, Lynnwood, WA 98036. A funeral service will occur Thursday, July 24, 2025 at 11:00 AM at St. Pius Catholic Church, 22209 58th Ave W, Mountlake Terrace, WA 98043.
