

Jerry went to be with our Lord Jesus Christ on Christmas day. He attended Edmonds High School and Everett Junior College. He served eight years in the Air Force as a communications specialist. He was awarded the Good Conduct Medal and the National Defense Service Medal. He worked in Alaska for 30 years as an electronic technician for FAA maintaining all the communication equipment for airports in Alaska including navigational equipment.
Jerry was born to Daniel and Lenore Majestic on Rose Hill in Kirkland on September 25, 1937. He was preceded in death by His parents and nephew Michael.
He is survived by his wife of 25 years Gerry Ann Majestic and his siblings Tom Majestic, Marilyn Oyler, and Roger Majestic and wife Mary. Jerry’s nieces and nephews are: Tom’s Michelle, Marilyn’s Kimberly and Deborah, Roger and Mary’s Aaron, Danielle, and Alex. Grand nieces and nephews are: Kimberly’s Adam and Lacey, Deborah’s Bradford and Stephanie, and Aaron’s two children, Danielle’s Dante, Alex’s Logan.
Jerry was an active Christian being involved over the years at Abbott Loop Christian Center Anchorage, Valley Chapel Juneau, City Church Kirkland, Victory Christian Center Rancho Mirage California and Sonrise Christian Center Everett. He also volunteered as a fireman and drove the ambulance in Cold Bay.
He loved fishing and bowling. Fishing claim to fame was catching a 100 lb Halibut when he lived in Cold Bay Alaska. Bowling with the Fun City Bowlers in Palm Desert California 2006-2007 he took High Series Handicap with a score of 753. He enjoyed talking with everyone and watching classic movies. He was an excellent chef and made an awesome pumpkin cheese cake and fantastic homemade pizza from scratch. At Christmas he always made butter cookies from his mother’s recipe. We were blessed to have him in our lives.
