

K. Arthur Dwyer was born in Sacramento, CA on August 24, 1987 to Eric and Linda Dwyer. Arthur died unexpectedly in a motorcycle accident in Seattle, WA on August 26, 2017 on his way home from celebrating his 30th birthday with friends. Arthur is survived by Grandfather Kenneth Jenkins, Parents Linda Jenkins and Eric Dwyer, Siblings Daniel (40), Casey (37), and Leanne (36) as well as five nieces and nephews, and numerous extended family and friends who loved him very much. Arthur achieved a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design at California College of the Arts in Oakland, CA in 2012. He was a freelance graphic designer before starting a career at Big Fish Games in early 2013. In his four years at Big Fish Games, where he was known for his sense of humor and serenading the office with 90s hits, he was able to progress to the position of Senior Designer while working on popular mobile games. Outside of work, Arthur was tireless in his pursuit of creativity, writing lyrics and singing in several bands that covered multiple musical genres over the years. He was a talented DJ, promoting his La Dolce Disco nights featuring the Italo disco genre of music with posters that he designed and created himself. He contributed to the creation of stage designs and promotional materials for the Oakland based Burger Boogaloo music festival. Arthur’s community involvement afforded him many close friends who regarded him as a kind, loyal, and genuine friend.
