

On Thursday, June 4, 2026, Larry E. Campbell beloved husband, father, brother, grandpa, great-grandpa, and cherished friend peacefully passed away at the age of 76 at his home in Mill Creek, Washington. Larry was born on November 15, 1949, in Leakesville, Mississippi. He graduated from Pascagoula High School in 1968 and attended Jackson County Junior College for one year. In 1972, he enlisted in the United States Air Force, where he served as an electrical power production technician and specialist, substation operator, civil engineer, and Staff Sergeant before being honorably discharged in 1976. Larry met Jonell Parker at a small-town church in Mississippi. The two soon married and welcomed two sons, Christopher Campbell and Kenton Campbell. After some years together, Jonell and Larry decided to part ways. Larry made the bold move from Mississippi to Washington, where he began building a new life for himself. He took on odd jobs before eventually learning the trade of CNC machining firsthand. It was during this time that Jonell's sister set him up on a blind date and that date turned out to be Hazel Childers. Larry and Hazel were married on April 17, 1982, and together they had two children, John Campbell and Sarah Campbell.
