

He was born on January 15, 1941 to Lois Maxine and Dallas Arthur Worth in Cambridge, Ohio.
He lived a few years in Sturgis, Michigan and in 1947 his family moved to Kalispell, Montana.When he was a teenager his family moved to Ellensburg, Washington and then in 1958 they again moved to The Dalles, Oregon. He went to The Dalles High School. He loved playing sports in high school. His favorite was playing tennis. He played it in college and continued to play in the Army where he won some trophies that he was very proud of. He had always loved sports, especially baseball.
In April of 1961 he was in the Army based in New Jersey and this is when he met his beautiful soon to be bride Laura (Ginny) Virginia Doughty. After dating for four months he popped the question and five months later they got married on January 20, 1962 in Upper Penns Neck, New Jersey. He was one happy man!
Larry and Ginny spent the next two years in New Jersey while he finished his tour in the Army and then headed West to Seattle. They settled in Lynnwood, Washington.
He is survived by his three children, Douglas (Alma), Christa (Kevin) and Laurie (Mike). He is also survived by his Former son-in-law Daniel and his grandson, Bradley. He had two brothers Zach and Duane and several nieces and nephews whom he loved very much. He dedicated his life to taking care of his friends and his family.
He had so many friends that loved him dearly and you all know who you are. Just know that he treasured you all.
Larry is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Laura Virginia Worth and his parents Lois and Dallas Worth, sister in laws, K'lynn Worth and Dorothy Francis.
Memorial Services will be held at Purdy and Walters (Floral Hills) on Wednesday, April 20th. There will be a 10:00 AM viewing, 11:00 AM service and a grave side service to follow at 12:00 PM
