Lois E. Knutson (Krob), 80, passed away Wednesday, January 1st, 2014. She was born in Hutchinson, Kansas on February 26th, 1933. She worked at a bank after high school. She was married to Lloyd for 54 years and raised 8 children. They lived in Kansas, Illinois, and then settled in Washington State.
She worked as a nursing assistant and a childcare provider. Volunteer work included years as Sunday school secretary and working on various sewing projects at her church in WM’s (Women’s Ministry) for overseas missionaries. She enjoyed growing strawberries, tomatoes, rhubarb and flowers for many years.
Lois is preceded in death by her parents, Noah & Bessie and by her husband, Lloyd.
She is survived by her brother, Paul; her eight children, Paul (Pam), Sharon, Phillip (Cyd), Connie (Trace), Darrell (Cheryl), Terry (Linda), Dar, and Bernie (Dick). She also leaves behind 17 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
