Michael and Susanne married in June 2002. They shared a love of fly fishing and had 20 years of fishing adventures in Washington, Montana, Idaho, and Oregon. He enjoyed the many friends he made through fly fishing; especially those he met in Northwest Fly Anglers.
A friend said Michael was an expert at "happy". He had a wonderful sense of humor, was quick witted, and enjoyed sharing stories and jokes with everyone he met. He will be dearly missed.
A celebration of life event is being planned. Remembrances can be made to Northwest Kidney Centers.
