Orma Lucille Lorna Giles

Afternoon everyone, I am Orma’s daughter Gloria. Orma had to say goodbye to Dad, Rory, Kerry and so many friends, but now she is with them all. Mom lived 97 years to the fullest with her family and every friend, she definitely treasured you all. Orma is the last of the Jarmann Clan.

Orma loved and cherished her family, hundred of friends, GBNT,Babba’s, her church and TACO Tuesdays of course! Orma always said “God didn’t give her life to clean house, it’s for her to enjoy herself and live her life to the fullest.” She loved karaoke and dancing. Oh how dad and her loved to dance and they did it so beautiful together. I used to just sit there and watch them. It was so beautiful.

She always said I can’t wait to retire from Plymouth Poultry so she could go back home on Mondays instead of Sundays. Boy, She really did too. Orma volunteered at GBNT thru out the years. I think mom and dad bought their first lot, at GBNT in 1977. There was nothing she couldn’t accomplished. When we’d come up to visit she’d apologize for being so busy with GBNT business. I never minded just love seeing her do all for the park it was great.

She had that way about her!!!

I know all her dear friends have so many stories so please share them with each other. Orma is up in heaven and she’ll chuckle right along with you all. Especially getting up on that motor cycle going for a ride. Just Too funny. I was lucky a couple of her dear friends would send me pics so I could see her. Loved it!

So many friends came to see and spend time with her through her health struggles, “God Bless you all”.

We are all honored to be in her life. Orma brought laughter and love to all that knew her.

As we say goodbye today, may we remember Orma’s life she lead, the love she shared and all the memories Orma left us. May the memories bring comfort to us all. She’ll be waiting for us one day.
