My deepest sympathy to husband Jess and the family of  Pat Waller. I learned of her death March 2nd. I remember speaking to her several times when I was inviting  her and Jess to our retiree lunches. They came to several and I appreciated them coming such a great distance from their home in Snohomish.Pat shared with me that she was having medical concerns and they were serious.

I remember Pat from the days when I was transferred to East Field at Boeing and was placed in the "Touch up Room". There were several people working in there and Jess was one of the "Leads" and I learned they were married and had 11 children between them.  I thought "Wow".
I was sent back to the soldering area and later went to Renton Benny. Pat went to Kent Space Center and became a Supervisor. It was after we both retired and met again at the lunches I organize for our retired  and working Boeing friends

May you rest in Peace, Pat. Your suffering is over. I will miss our conversations.

I'm Pat's oldest brother, Jim, but I was always Jimmy to her as she is Patty to me.

Before her children came along, I was her closest family      member.  We bounced from home to home for the first thirteen years of her life.  I think life was harder for her, being a girl.  I remember her waving to me from a third story window of the Seattle Child's Home.  While I was allowed to play outside, the girls had to remain inside.  I think her sense of social justice was formed on those early years.  Then we were reunited with our mother and life really got wild.  Life settled down when Tim was born and her world began to revolve around her family.

The best thing that happened to Pat is her husband, Jess.  I believe she finally found happiness in the Waller family.

Her greatest love was her family.  I think her value of family may have stemmed from the lack of family in her youth.  However, she still lives through her children and in that respect she will always be always with us.  

I will miss her of course, but she is a positive influence on all of us.

We will miss you, Patty.

Grandma, you helped to remind me what family was really all about. You opened your arms to me and my children with no hesitation, no questioning. We were family. To that, I can never fully express my gratitude or my love. I can only hope to follow in the wisdom and knowledge you have given to me.  I love you, and I will miss you terribly.

Grandma, I know that we didn't have a lot of time together but in that time, you taught me a lot. You taught me to love myself and others, to not be ashamed of what other's may think, and you opened your arms without question or doubt to me and Mandi. You taught me true acceptance and unconditional love. When I think of you, I think of the center of the family, always with a kind word and encouragement. I think of valuable advice and the way that you always got the family together, to spend time with each other. I will always remember how you brought joy and excitement about accomplishments in the family. I pray that you rest in peace, and I know that we will see each other again. I love you.

I can't begin to find the words to describe how important you have been in my life. You were always there to give me advice and direction in whatever was going on in my life. Your unwavering and unconditional love will live on in me forever. RIP knowing how much you were loved and that you made the world a better place because you were in it. I love you so much and will miss you even more, Bob

RIP Grandma. I cannot express how much that I miss you. You taught me so much about life, love, and what it means to be truly happy. Your memory will always stay with me and will be shared with the great grand kids forever! I love you so much. With loads of love, Bri

Can't begin to express the emotions. A lifetime of memories. A Mothers love is not replaceable, and it is forever.  You are in a better place now, and you will forever be in the hearts of those you touched. RIP Mom.
