64 years old, Peggy was born on August 5, 1949 in Buffalo, New York to Daniel A. Milholland and Dorothy Biehl Milholland. She passed away on June 14, 2014 in Lynnwood, Washington. Peggy was survived by her husband, Keith "Rick" Banta and their daughter. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
