

She was preceded by her husband Dick who passed away in January. They were married for 68 years. She is survived by her siblings, Karen Edwards, Tom Fortin, and Elizabeth Taylor. Randi and Dick raised three children, Michael, Anthony, and Jann. She had eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Randi (Fortin) was raised in Stanwood, Washington. She was the eldest daughter of Nell and Larry Fortin. She had many relatives and friends from Snohomish and Skagit counties. She graduated from Stanwood high school and attended the University of Washington before being whisked away as an Air Force wife and mother.
The service lead her family many places across the USA. From California to Delaware and finally to Alaska before returning to family and friends in Washington. She loved singing, theater, and books. She used those passions in her work life as a dinner theatre manager and eventually as a bookstore owner. She also worked in printing and color separation trades.
In retirement, she enjoyed traveling to Arizona and spending summers on Camano Island. She was the preserver of traditions for Thanksgiving, Lefse Day, Christmas, and the 4th of July. She will be remembered for her love of music, singing and her devotion to her family.
