Raymond Howard Ball Jr.

November 27th, 1934 - September 8th, 2025

Raymond Howard Ball Jr. passed away peacefully on September 8th 2025, at the age of 90.

Born on November 27th 1934, Ray lived a life defined by dedication to family and steadfast service to his country. He honorably served in the United States Navy from December 1952 to 1960, in NRA VF Squadron 772, a period that instilled in him life-long values of integrity and perseverance. After being honorably discharged, he went into the Sheet Metal Union.

Ray was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Mary E. Ball, and his son, Raymond Howard Ball III. He is survived by his sister Patricia Terry of Spokane, Daughter Laura R. Ball of Shoreline; stepdaughters Roxanne Hansen of Idaho and Randi Chamers of Cle Elum; and Daughter-in-Law Sandra M. Ball of Bothell. He was a proud grandfather of Raymond Howard Ball IV, John Pearson Jr, Shane Pearson, Kelle Hansen, Chase Hansen, Jeff Hansen, Kyle Hansen (D), Jeremey Hansen (D), and leaves behind many cherished Great-Grandchildren.

For many years, Ray shared his life with his devoted partner, Sharon Barker, whose companionship brought him great happiness and comfort.

Services will be held in his honor at Purdy & Walters at Floral Hills Funeral Home.
