Dick was born in Devils Lake, ND. He served in the Air Force and later retired from General Electric after 38 years.
He enjoyed camping, fishing, time with neighbors, friends and especially his family.
He loved reading, card games, scratch tickets and an occasional trip to the casino.
He is survived by Marge, his wife of 43 years, his children, Donald, Todd, and Tina along with a sister, cousins, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He was proceeded in death by Clara Gress and his sons, Bryan and Baby Gress.
