Richard Charles Larrabee, 83, of Monroe, Washington passed away on November 13, 2011. He joins his wife, Phyllis, who passed in 2008. He is survived by three sons: David (Lidori), Allen (Marsha) and Jim. Richard was born in Sisseton, South Dakota. He served his country in the Army, and provided for his family working in sales at the Bon Marche.
