Robert Rives Johnson

Robert Rives Johnson (Bob) 80, entered fully into the presence of his Lord and Savior Monday, November 6, 2017, at Swedish Edmonds Hospital. Bob was born February 25, 1937 in Seattle Washington. He attended Ballard high school from 1951-1954. Upon graduation, Bob enlisted in the United States Navy, and served our country proudly from October 1954 - December 1957. After his discharge from the Navy, he met the love of his life, Donna. They were married December 16, 1959. Together they raised 6 children. Bob’s sharp wit and gift of gab lead to his successful career in the food industry. He enjoyed sports and would often be seen on the golf course. Bob had many lifelong friendships that he treasured to this day. Bob is survived by his wife of 58 years Donna M. Johnson, son Darin Johnson (Christina), daughter Sheri Evans (Matt), stepson Ron Haviland (Bea), stepdaughter Connie Graham (Wally), stepson Randy Haviland. Grandchildren Michelle, Deanna, Shawn, Danielle, Christopher, Sheena, Garrett, Joshua, Derek, Karli, Dylon, Katelyn and great and great great grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by stepson Lonn Haviland.

Ceremony of life will be held at Purdy & Walters at Floral Hills, 409 Filbert Rd. Lynnwood, WA 98036, www.floralhillsylnnwood.com, on Saturday, November 18, beginning at 1 PM.
