

Severiano Diano Sr. was born in Iba Zambales, Philippines on May 5, 1922 and he died peacefully on September 9, 2012 in Lynnwood, Washington. Fond memories include fishing and crabbing in the pier, cooking traditional Filipino meals, and listening to music. He is known for his generosity, handing out money when visiting in the Philippines, giving away pasalubong, and recording and giving away music tapes. He loved making friends, talking and laughing with people, always offering food and can be often seen with a smile on his face.
He is survived by his 9 children: Severiano (Haydee) Diano Jr., Felicitas (Lawrence) Weimer, Carlito (Racquel) Diano, Ricardo (Susan) Diano, Josefina (Nicanor) Aquino, Anita (Leonardo) Salo, Cecilia (Percival) Benitez, Emmanuel (Nancy) Diano, and Teresita (Armando) Punzalan. 19 Grandchildren Leo (Lourdes) Diano, Lawrence (Arlene) Diano, Lisandro (Rizza) Diano, Jasmine (Kevin) Briggs, (Eric Carganilla), Ricardo Jay (Janette) Diano Jr., Aurea Irene (Kaia Edwards) Diano, Alvin Roy Diano, Ronaldo Ian Diano, Marco Jeff Diano, Norman Eric Aquino, Troy Diano, Daniel Ian Diano, Darriel Diano, Armaine Punzalan, Cecille Salo, Lei Anne (Reynaldo) Fucanan, Darius Benitez, Alona Lynn (Gino) Bactad, and 20 great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his wife Consuelo Diano and granddaughter Anna Lisa Carganilla.
