A visitation for Tho will be held Thursday, June 26, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Purdy & Walters at Floral Hills, 409 Filbert Road, Lynnwood, WA 98036-4934, followed by a funeral from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
