64 years old, William was born on October 9, 1950 in Newton, Massachusetts to Philip R. Taylor and Beatrice Hayes MacRobbie Taylor. He passed away on December 5, 2014 in Everett, Washington. He is survived by his wife, Judy E. Taylor, and his son Kristofer Taylor, sisters Sandi Ward and Lynn Taylor.
