In 1981, Zamfira and her family moved to Austria, beginning a new chapter in their lives. Two years later, in 1983, they immigrated to the United States, where they continued to build their life and make a home.
After Mihail passed away, Zamfira moved to Richland, Washington, to be closer to her family. Her family remained the center of her life, and she cherished the time she shared with her son, Sorin, and her granddaughter, Sierra.
Zamfira will be remembered for her strength, resilience, and devotion to her family. Though she is no longer with us, her love and memory will continue through the family she leaves behind.
She is survived by her son, Sorin, and her granddaughter, Sierra.
