Barbara Ann Lewis Sandifer, 79, passed away on Monday, August 22, 2016. A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 26, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Macon Memorial Park Cemetery with Bishop Jeremy Kidd and Tony Jones officiating. The family will greet friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 25, 2016 at Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home.
Mrs. Sandifer was born in Macon, Georgia to the late John and Kathleen Lewis. She was preceded in death by her husband, James L. Sandifer. Mrs. Sandifer was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints – Macon Ward. She was a devoted homemaker and loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
She is survived by her son, Roy (Nyssa) Hattaway of Macon, six grandchildren, Lea (Chris) Pacut, Derek Hattaway, Jordan (Tyler) Lee, Seth Hattaway, Tres Hattaway, Micah Hattaway and three great grandchildren, Ayla, Kyra, and Sydney Pacut.
