Christine L. Rogers, 83, passed away on Tuesday, February 20, 2018. A Celebration of her Life will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday in the chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. Burial will be in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. Dr. Baxter Hurley will officiate. Mrs. Rogers was born in Louisville, Georgia the daughter of the late Beulah Lord and Hodges Lord. She was the widow of Grover C. Rogers and was preceded in death by her brother, Bill Richards. Mrs. Rogers was retired from Sears and was a member of Forest Hills United Methodist Church. She was a member of the Grace Bible School Sunday School Class, was an avid bowler and was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt.
Mrs. Rogers is survived by her sons, Mark Rogers (Amy) of Lawrenceville, and Alan Rogers of Atlanta; grandsons, Paul Rogers, Jeff Rogers (Emily), and Daniel Rogers; brother, George Lord (Susan).
