Clinton Willis, 84, passed away January 9, 2015 at a local nursing home. Funeral services will be held Monday, January 12, 2015 at 11:00 am in the Mausoleum Chapel of Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. Entombment will be in the Mausoleum of Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will greet friends Sunday night at the funeral home from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm.
Mr. Willis was born in Macon, Georgia to the late Clinton and Janie Willis and is preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Floyd Willis. He was the Founder and Owner of Downtown Opticians and served in the United States Army. Mr. Willis enjoyed fishing and playing pool.
Survivors include his children, Paul Willis and Peggy Willis Etheridge; six grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
