Eleanor Gail Kent

Eleanor Gail Kent, 84, passed away on May 7, 2022. A graveside service will be held at 12:00PM on May 10, 2022 in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will greet friends starting at 11:00AM until service time at the funeral home. Gail was born on January 29, 1938 in Johnson County, Georgia. She was a homemaker and loved to care for people. Gail enjoyed feeding the birds and crossword puzzles. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. Gail was preceded in death by her husband, Louis M. Kent, Jr. Survivors include her son, Miller Kent and daughter-in-law, Debra Kent; son, Christopher Schlien and daughter-in-law, Michelle Schlien; son, Jason McAfee and son-in-law, Dan McAfee; step-daughter, Stacey Duke and step-son-in-law, Bobby Duke; six grandchildren; four great grandchildren; two brothers; two sisters and several nieces and nephews.
