Frances Jackson Rowe, 89, passed away on April 4, 2015. A Celebration of her life will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. Entombment will be in Macon Memorial Park Mausoleum with the Rev. Paul Dziadul officiating. The family will greet friends from 10:00 a.m. to service time at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 886 Mulberry St., Macon GA 31201.
Mrs. Rowe was born in Laurens County, Georgia to the late Oscar R. and Bertha Wynn Jackson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carlton J. Rowe, sister, Marian Mertz, and brothers, Gerald Jackson and Oscar “Jack” Jackson, Jr. Mrs. Rowe was a former member of Tabernacle Baptist Church. She was a devoted and loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt.
She is survived by her sons; Mike (Barbara) Rowe of Macon, David (Marsha) Rowe of Macon, Mark Rowe of Macon, grandchildren; Melissa Hutson, Brian Rowe, Amanda Rowe, Evan Rowe, David Graves and Renee Graves, and numerous great grandchildren.
