A Celebration of Her Life at Snow's @ Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home Chapel on November 4, 2026, beginning at 4:00 pm. Burial will take place at Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. Pastor Paul Dziadul will officiate.
Born September 1938, in Chambersburg Pennsylvania, a daughter of the late Mary and John Pogue. She loved being with her husband, children and family. She enjoyed gardening,thrifting and crafts. She was employed and retired from Kmart while raising her family. After retirement her biggest love was helping raise her grandchildren.
Gone before her, her husband of 63 years Harry Leroy Verdier she is survived her children Donna (Warren) Elliott. Diana, and Daniel (Chrissy) ; her grandchildren; Daniel (Courtney) Verdier,Logan Elliott. Brennan Elliott. Alexis (Greg) Johnson,
and her great grandchildren; Ella Rae and Ellis and Lilly and Elizabeth.
Also proceeding her in death her sister Marty and survived by sisters Mary, Erma, Linda and brother George along with many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital.
