Freddie was born in Macon, Georgia the son of the late Grace Ezell (Frank) and Otis Lee Caldwell, Sr (Johnnie), He was a retired master electrician and was a member of the IBEW Electrical Union. Freddie loved to travel, having traveled all around the country, and his other passions were fishing and grilling. He was preceded in death by his brother Oscar Wesley Williams, Jr.
Freddie is survived by his daughter, Christie Taylor (Wayne) of Gordon; grandchildren, Chelse Robinson (Jeremy), Erik McKee (Destiny); great-grandchildren, Jayla Robinson, Jeremy Robinson, Jr., Aubrey McKee, Haven McKee, and Emmett McKee; siblings, Mike Caldwell (Annette), Bill Caldwell (Debbie), Jack Ezell (Donna), Margaret Ezell and Phyllis Allen; uncle and aunt, Donald D. Weathersby and Vivian Weathersby Forehand; his girlfriend, Krista Daniels and many nieces and nephews.
