Gayle C. Edwards, 82 years old, passed away peacefully on October 31, 2023. A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, November 3, 2023 at 3:00 pm at Snow’s at Macon Memorial Park Chapel with Dr. Josh Gale and Reverend Loran Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. Flowers are accepted or donations may be made to Lizella Methodist Church, 2920 S. Lizella Rd., Lizella, GA 31052
Gayle was born in Macon, GA to Bill and Anita Collins. She was an Administrative Assistant for Keebler Company. She was a member of Lizella Methodist Church and New Beginnings Sunday School. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and a beloved friend to many.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Edwards; great-grandson, Braxton Baltezore; and brother, Billy Collins.
Gayle is survived by her sons, Todd Edwards and Chad Edwards (Sharon); grandchildren, Abbie Stembridge (Tyler), Kaleigh Edwards, Madison Eannottie (Ace), Ethan Edwards (Taylor); great-grandchildren, Brayden Baltezore, Allyson Still, Millie Kate and Eleanor Stembridge, Maverick Eannottie, and several nieces and nephews.
