I was saddened to hear of one of the few teachers left i that actually cared if you learned anything I school or not, and believe me she made sure you learned. Prayers are with you and your family.

I'm sorry to hear of her passing. I had her in 7th grade at McEvoy. She always reminded me of my aunt. She was a sweet lady and a great educator. RIP Ms. Neubauer

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family, David. I was one of her students at Jessie Rice and remember her well being an excellent teacher. Until now, I never made the connection that she was your mother. She will be surely missed by a lot of people. I hope that the days ahead will provide you with comfort during this difficult time.

So sorry to hear about Mrs. Neubauer's passing. She was my 6th grade teacher as Miss Bruce; then later taught my son at Rice. She was a great lady and I remember her smile today. May God bless your family during these days.

I am sorry to hear about your loss. I enjoyed my time with her at Jessie Rice and Cherokee Heights UMC back when we were much younger. She loved to offer a little discipline to me when necessary and I will forever be indebted to her for keeping me straight.

Dave, I am so sorry to hear about your mother's passing. I just saw her a few weeks ago. We laughed and talked about the old neighborhood, school days and you. She smiled so big when she was telling me about your kids, wife and job. She was so proud of you. I will keep you and your family in my prayers.

With sincere condolences to Mrs. Neubauer's family, I'd like to say I consider myself very fortunate to have had her as my 6th grade teacher at Jessie Rice. She did an EXCELLENT job preparing me for Mrs. Neal in the 7th grade! May God especially bless you in this holiday season.

Ms. Nueubauer was one of my teachers at Jessie Rice (Class of 1970). I hope she knows how much of an influence she was in so many kids life. Great teachers don't come around every day but we had a great one in her. Condolences to the family on your loss.
