James Keith Wilson of Roberta, GA, died Saturday February 21, 2026 following an extended illness. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday February 25, 2026 in the Chapel of Snow’s at Macon Memorial Park. Pastor Matthew Bishop will officiate. Cremation will follow the service. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 5:00 until 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
James was born in Swainsboro, GA, the son of the late William and Lois Kersey Wilson. He was preceded in death by his wife, Candice Yawn Wilson. He was a veteran of the United States Coast Guard and a veteran of the Vietnam War. Mr. Wilson was a retired master carpenter and of the Methodist faith. He coached Little League Baseball for nearly 20 years at West Macon Little League Park. He was also an avid fisherman.
Survivors include four sons: Eric Wilson of Roberta, Joseph Daniel Wilson (Samantha) of Duluth, GA, Chris Wilson (Jessy) of Forsyth, GA and William Wison of Roberta, GA. He also leaves one Sister: Marilyn Archer of Roberta, GA and two Brothers:Wendell Wilson of Kathleen, GA and Jerry Wilson of Roberta, GA. Seven Grandchildren: Laylah Wilson and her fiancée Jordan Andrews, Elaine Wilson, Aiden Wilson, Brooks Wilson, Myles Wilson, Julie Wilson and Charlie Wilson.
Snow’s Funerals and Cremation at Macon Memorial Park have charge of arrangements.
