Jane F. Shannon, 76, passed away on Friday, September 26, 2025. A celebration of her life will be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Snow’s @ Macon Memorial Park. Burial will be in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. Eddie Windham officiating. The family will greet friends on Monday, September 29, 2025, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
She was preceded in death by her son, Michael J. Shannon and her mother, Charlotte Biggs of Warner Robins. Jane was an avid gardener and cook. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt.
She is survived by her beloved husband of fifty-nine years, Jerry L. Shannon of Dry Branch, daughter, Lori Shannon Pinnell of Macon, grandchildren, Shannon (Brock) Elliott of Macon, Brittany (Dakota) Fox of Gray, Elizabeth (Nicholas) Bunnell of Warner Robins, great grandchildren, Waylon Elliott, Emily Fox, and John Fox, sister, Cheryl (Bryan) Young of Gray, and several nieces and nephews.
