Janet E. Turner, 58, passed away on Sunday, September 27, 2015 surrounded by her family. A celebration of her life will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the Macon Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel with the Rev. Phil Bryant officiating. Burial will be in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will greet friends one hour prior to service in the Mausoleum Chapel. Flowers are accepted or donations to Sandy Valley Baptist Church, 1124 S. Houston Lake Road, Warner Robins GA 31088.
Mrs. Turner was born in Macon, Georgia to the late Stanley and Helen Fisher. She was a member of Sandy Valley Baptist Church. Janet was employed for thirty years with Macon Northside Hospital. She was a devoted and loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
She is survived by her children, Delaine Leclair of Perry, Stevi Thomas (William Croft, IV) of Perry, Shekeria Turner; grandchildren, Scott Dunbar, Lacie Leclair, Harli Knight, Kayli Paul, Courtney Knight, Braylan Thomas, Keydan Croft, and great grandchildren, Brayden and Mason Dunbar.
